30-Day Full Refund — No Questions Asked
We want you to love your GLOAM mask. If you're not completely satisfied, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The product should be in good condition.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The product must be in good condition — not physically damaged, broken, or intentionally altered beyond normal use.
- All original accessories (detachable battery, USB-C cable, carry pouch, user guide) should be included in the return.
- The product should be returned in its original packaging or suitable protective packaging.
2. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at sales@gloam.in or WhatsApp us at +91 98990 32634 with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with return shipping instructions and a return authorization.
- Ship the product back to us using the provided instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund.
3. Refund Processing
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned product.
- The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase (UPI, bank account, credit/debit card).
- For Credit Card EMI payments, the refund will be processed to the card, and your bank will adjust the EMI accordingly. Please contact your bank for EMI cancellation details.
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- If you are returning due to a product defect or wrong item, we will bear the return shipping cost.
- For all other returns (change of mind, not satisfied, etc.), return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
- We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at your choice.
- Do not discard the packaging until the issue is resolved.
6. Non-Returnable Conditions
Returns will not be accepted if:
- The return request is made after 30 days from delivery.
- The product is physically damaged due to misuse, negligence, or intentional alteration.
- Original accessories or packaging are missing (we may deduct a reasonable amount for missing items).
7. Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it is shipped for a full refund. Once shipped, the order can only be returned after delivery per the return process above. Contact us immediately at sales@gloam.in to request cancellation.
